How to Update Expedia Travel Ads Activity Budgets

Overview

Hotel owner or Admin can update Booking Network Sponsor Ads Activity Budgets at need.


Update Budgets

Step 1: Select Hotel

  • In the up left hand, select the hotel that you want to manage the HMP Booking Network Sponsor Ads Activity from the dropdown list.

Step 2: Click Activities

  • In the left-hand navigation menu, click on Activities

Step 3: Submit Budget

  • Within the Budgets tab: Input the budget for the months that you want to bid and click on the save button.
  • Click on Submit Budget button
  • Select “I agree to terms and conditions"
  • Click on the Confirm button.
Note: 
  • You can set at most 15 months budget from the current month to the 14 months onwards and update it according to your needs.
  • You need to set the budget based on the budget guidance Min and Max limitation
  • Min budget value is 20 USD by default
  • You need have enough fund balance as Booking Network Sponsor Ads is prepaid
