How to Update Expedia Travel Ads Activity Bids

Overview

Hotel owner or Admin can update the Expedia Travel Ads Activity Bids at the needs


Update Bids

Step 1: Select Hotel

  • In the up left hand, select the hotel that you want to manage the HMP Expedia Travel Ads Activity from the dropdown list.

Step 2: Click on Activities

  • In the left-hand navigation menu, click on Activities.

Step 3: Update Bids

  • Within the Bids tab, set the base bid for Travel Window, Length Of Stay, Check-in Window, Traveller, and Audience if you are using Manual CPC bids.
  • Min base bid set value is 0.5 USD.
Note: Bids are being optimised automatically by your ROAS targets and are not allowed to update the base bids

How to Update Booking Network Sponsor Ads Activity Bids

Overview

Hotel owner or admin can update the Booking Network Sponsor Ads Activity Bids at need.


Update Bids

Step 1: Select Hotel

  • In the up left hand, select the hotel that you want to manage the HMP Booking Network Sponsor Ads Activity from the dropdown list.

Step 2: Click on Activities

  • In the left-hand navigation menu, click on Activities.

Step 3: Update Bids

  • Within the Bids tab, set the base bid, and bid adjustment for the Check-in Date, Check-in Day of the Week, Day to arrival, Device, Group, Length of Stay, and Traveler Country if you are using Manual CPC bids.
  • Min base bid set value is 0.75 USD.
Note:
  • Bids are being optimised automatically by your ROAS targets and are not allowed to update the base bids
  • You can switch bid enhancers between boost and exact, and switching adjustment mode will clear your bid current settings for this multiplier.
  • For exact mode, only one item is allowed to set the bid adjustment and the bid is fixed with the base bid
  • Bids are optimized automatically by ROAS target, to manage bids manually, you need to switch to manual CPC via the targets tab.
